Philosophy
Ci is the craft — the hand, the heritage, the gold standard. Aero is the air — motion, lightness, flight. Every pair begins where the two meet.
The name is the brief. Ciaero pairs old-world shoemaking with the physics of flight: a paper plane leaving the dot of the i, carrying the whole house with it.
We are a small house by choice. One collection at a time, a handful of silhouettes, materials chosen for how they age rather than how they photograph. When the first pairs are ready, they will be worth the wait.

Lightness first
Every decision is weighed. If it doesn't make the shoe lighter or the step easier, it doesn't make the shoe.

Full-grain leather, natural suede, technical knit — nothing coated, nothing disguised, nothing pretending.

We remove until it breaks, then put one thing back. What remains is Ciaero.
